Close Sale At Title Company.

Bring the following items to your closing:

• Picture ID
• All keys to the property
• Termite certificate(if necessary)

Remember to leave all manuals for appliances in the home in an easy to find location like a kitchen drawer. It may also be helpful for the buyer if you leave a list of phone numbers for the neighbors.

At closing we will be present as well as the buyer, their Realtor, and a representative of the title company(either a notary or attorney).
