- Do a final loan application and sign necessary disclosures.
- Home is appraised.
- Choose a title company.
- Get a homeowners insurance policy.
- Change over utilities to your name for the date of occupancy.
- Do a final walk-through.
- Close your purchase.
- Move!
- Change your address at the post office.
- Sign up for homestead exemption.
- Give our name to everyone you know!
