- Negotiate offers.
- Buyer gets home inspected.
- Negotiate repairs request.
- Termite certificate is obtained from pest control company.
- Buyer gets home appraised.
- Move!
- Buyer does final walk-through of house.
- Close transaction at title company.
- Give our name to everyone you know!
