Show House to Potential Buyers(Open House)

Realtors will begin showing your home to prospective buyers. These appointments will be scheduled by our office and confirmed with you prior to the appointment. We may even show your Greater Baton Rouge listing to a prospect in our own database! No matter who shows your home, all appointments will be approved by you first.

Although a Realtor will be present for all showings it may be a good idea to remove any small valuables and prescription drugs from your home. We will do our best to remain with clients the entire showing, but it is always better safe than sorry.
