Buyer Does Final Walk-through Of House.

Either the day of closing or one to two days prior the buyer will do a final walk-through of the property. During this walk-through, the buyer will verify you have maintained the same condition as when the contract was signed. They will also verify any agreed upon repairs are complete and that no damage has been done to the property during the moving process.
